Chewy Granola Protein Bars
Preheat oven to 325*

2 Cups Oats
1/2 Cup Vanilla Whey Protein Powder
1/2 Cup all purpose Flour
1/2 teaspoon Baking Soda
1/2 Cup dried fruit ( I used dried cranberries this time)
1/4 to 1/2 Cup Ground Flax Seeds
1/4 to 1/2 Cup Ground Flax Seeds
(You can add up to a total of 2 Cups of dried fruit, chopped fruit, coconut, chopped nuts, seeds, chocolate chips)
1/2 Cup (1 stick) melted Butter
1/2 Cup Honey
1/2 teaspoon Vanilla
Mix well. Add a tiny bit of water if you still have some dry ingredients that have not mixed; just enough to make the mixture moist. You don't want it runny. Press into a greased 8" x 8" pan. Bake at 325* for 20 minutes. Cool. Cut into bars. Store in fridge or freezer. Enjoy!
